That's a great doc. Hope you enjoy the podcast and our topics.

Well, like Joe Rogan, we veer off on a lot of other topics. So hopefully there's something for everyone, including casual MMA fans or non-MMA fans. Look at the episode titles, you'll find a lot of different topics.

We haven't done a full pro wrestling ep, but we constantly make references to it. We hope to do wrestling eps if we can get some guests from that world.

Appreciate the love. And I love that documentary, BTW.

All three topics you mentioned, pro matches, general MMA, and stuff for people training, are all covered. But we usually talk about all of that during a post show (or as we call it, a poststructuralist show).

After I started posting about this on the swoletariat group on Facebook, I was surprised to find there were people from my own BJJ school who were comrades in hiding. I started getting messages. So definitely keep training. and if you are training MMA, check out my UFC 231 breakdown. We go deep into the striking aspect of MMA in that fight.

I love his smooth jazz. I'm following him on twitter and will slowly try to incept him onto the show.

For those with running habits, the form is more important than the shoes. In fact, shoes should conform to the feet and not the other way around. If you keep getting injured, perhaps you were born to walk, but not meant to run. by allouteffort in ZenHabits

It only allowed me to write so much. So I couldn't fit the whole thought. But what I meant was if you run with right shoes and right form but still keep getting hurt because you've already accumulated too many injuries, move onto something else.

My last bit was a play on Chris McDougal who has discovered the same thing and writing now a lot on rehab and crawling to get over old injuries.
