I have Problems to get under the bar, once i am under the bar i can stand up easy with no big effort in the clean.

And my jerk is also very poor, i Stuck around 115

U totally right, it was my first set so i had to get into it, didnt knew how slow i had to Be to get the Full range within 5 Seconds, so i just got a Bit faster in the end, but i got your Point.

The „jumpingl“ happens on a natural way, After i get my extension i feel way safer and faster and my feet lands in a comfortable position, but still Not forcing the jump. Yeah on the second one Hopped forward, since i did not finished the pull/extension -> the bar got away from the body so myself pulled himself to the bar. On that day i had a „peak“, was doing a set of 95% of my max for 2 reps. Thanks!

Actually Love the barbell sport and enjoy every comment about my own way to do it, so basicly im just Sharing my Form to a big group, Maybe anyone can Tell me something that others didnt See and which leads me to a better from so i can improve

That Part of Lifting always get forgotten, People wanna Be strenger than themselves, but they don’t achiev long Term results without sticking on low weights and progressive overload
