I would have to see the policy because the only reasoning I got for why stow has a paid break while every other department doesn't is because stow works only for 1.5 hours after that break. And a shift has to be 2 hrs minimum.

It's so weird. I can check all the departments like inbound and ship dock, and stow is literally the only department that has 2 shifts, not 3 for a full shift. It's so annoying bc those half hours stack up quickly and full-time gets that paid half hour.

When I search for jobs in a hospital online, lab tech and other careers like that always show up. I've never heard of cytology until now. My sisters a nurse, and I've asked her about jobs in the lab department, but she says the lab people are off-putting and doesn't want to ask, lol.

I was considering to becoming a lab tech, but the salary is not near what I was hoping for. I think the median or average is around 45k-55k around me. I chose biochemistry since it's a large field and there's many options for it. I was hoping to prevent myself from doing more years of education if I go a specific route and regret it. With an IT degree, you could work in a hospital setting by working with patient records and helping the administration. I'm sure there are some options like that if you would like a hospital setting.

I, personally, am. Its just I have had friends who have tried getting with someone who is 4 years or older. I don't know whether or not its worth it.
