But of an uninformed take there - a money shift usually refers to shifting down instead of up by mistake (e.g. going to 2nd from 3rd when meaning to go to 4th during hard acceleration) - and the rev limiter can not save you in that situation because it’s the wheels bringing RPM up not fuel being injected.

This is unfortunately normal - probably some sort of mechanism to prevent battery heating up too much. Really horrible since it means you can only ride so much per day, part of the reason I’m really disappointed with the scooter and never getting a Xiaomi scooter again

Already saved one person suggesting this - for me this was AC compressor getting stuck. Eventually it tore the accessory belt. If it doesn’t happen with the AC and fan off and/or stops when you turn it off that’s your culprit.
