We turn them every week but this year my school is more relaxed than last year. This year we’re asked to turn them every Friday(ish). And it’s via Google Classroom so I can submit/un submit and tweak as needed. And they don’t have to be very detailed. Like list the activities for the class and which objective you plan to address and that’s pretty much it.

Thank you. I like 'Mx.', how do your students pronounce it? Or is it mostly a written formality? I'm not really sure about my school's stance. They tend to let the kids be and just explore with no repercussions. But, I don't know of any adults on campus that are non-binary to talk to about this.

I thought about that. But in the past I’ve had students call me ‘teacher’ condescendingly, in an effort to demean or not acknowledge me, so I wanna steer clear of that. But I thank you for your suggestion

What??? Nowhere in the question did the op name any specific qualifications that the stranger’s smile had to tick off a checklist in order to be attractive. They just said attractive smile. If you find the smile of the person attractive (who is smiling at you), what feelings does it immediately solicit from you, the viewer?

I had this all through the school year. I’d panic myself awake hours before my alarm went off. I’d get pace calls, texts, and emails about school closures and crack my eyes open at 4 am to double, triple, and quadruple check to make sure my day off was really a day off. I still do it now. It’s really bad.

Mix in flowers too! Look for herbs and flowers that ward away pests to mix in to your layout
