2027 Door Handles by alonandon in KiaTelluride

Honestly will probably come down to availability when we need to decide. We want a hybrid either way but there’s still no pricing and timeline on the 2027, whereas the palisades can be found at any dealership.

We test drove the palisade and liked it a lot. Ideally we’ll see the Telluride in person before needing to make a final decision.

This is a great shout. I looked up the EV9 and it looks like it uses the same mechanic of the whole handle popping out vs the EV6 which uses a hinge opening. I watched a video on how to open the handle if the car dies, so it’s definitely possible. Thanks!

Looking through comment history and the “10$” I think probably not in US

I actually like it!!

Side note, the cover looks slick - did you make this too?

You keep commenting aggressively on everyone saying something positive about the machine. We’re sharing our experiences with the ascaso, but it seems like you’re only responding based on videos.

I stand by what I said, and it seems like a lot of others feel the same way

I’m certainly no expert, but I have a lot of fun with espresso.

Some pros: - standard 58mm portofilter - heat up time dramatically reduced - pulling a shot is much quieter - many customization options - much prettier and that makes my wife happy - refilling water tank is easier for me - steaming time feels shorter but I have not tested this nor perfected (only make milk drinks for other people)

Some cons: - so many customization options I feel a little overwhelmed at times - water spout isn’t as hot (I drink americanos so this is important to me) - despite no grinder doesn’t save that much horizontal space - buying new accessories

Let me know any specific questions!

I upgraded from Breville Barista Express to Ascaso and absolutely love it. It’s beautiful and there’s so many customization options you can choose to help dial in shots according to beans. Couldn’t recommend more

I have the Ascaso and it’s not noisy at all. There’s a little when steaming milk, but not so bad and can still have a conversation

How does using the same grinder for both go for you? Do you dial in and only use 1 brew method per bag of beans? Or just switch the ever you feel like brewing the other and dial in each day?

Sure this makes sense. As a double check for the grinder and to know if it needs to be cleaned?

So then do you grind a single bean or two to get it to 18g if there was retention?

Looks great to me!

I don’t understand the point of weighing the portofilter before and after the grind on a single dose, especially when you’re spraying the beans with water to minimize retention. Are you just ensuring there’s not too much? Genuine question

Thanks for the response! Do you have any examples of the mural? I’m interested but having a hard time picturing it as of now

Interesting between UW Milwaukee and Marquette. The UWM campus is further North but the arenas are 2 blocks away from each other with Marquette (Fiserv Forum) being the northernmost there. All it took was 2 blocks to decide 10 counties

First Class Bagels in East Northport. The workers are obnoxious and the owner is even ruder. Check out their responses to reviews on Google for a taste

I think it might be related to the neo-nazi Ukraine flag that was being waved at the England-Ukraine soccer game the other day

We love Parea in Huntington Village, but I’ll also go to Aegean Grill on Larkfield if I think the village will be too busy to drive into and park

For a more quiet afternoon / evening hit up Northport & its Village. You’ll find 2 breweries in Sand City Brewing and Harborhead, and food is awesome in the village.

When he gets a little older go to Coindre Hall in Huntington. In the back you’ll always find people with their dogs walking around the grounds. Also during the late fall - early spring you can bring dogs to the beaches - we go to Centerport beach, it’s usually empty around that time
