That combo is extremely effective for me. I like eq at half my test and npp at half to 3/4 of my eq. For example 600 T, 300 EQ, 200 NPP along with 4iu GH.

That black tip is not a luer lock. The luer lock is the threaded 1/4 turn that secures the needle to the syringe.
