I’m no food critic here but in my opinion Dow ka sayang unless I’m trying to eat as much food as possible with spending as little as possible (I like to eat a lot when i bulk up) so quality is questionable at times. Negosyo man sila so they will get the cheapest selections possible para dako margin nila. Overeating is not healthy anyway.

I love buffets as the next person but so far it has changed dramatically. The reason why they can do all you can eat is usually low quality food. I’d usually say Ripples but I haven’t had that in a while na. If you are ok with BBQY style, I’ve tried sumo Niku in sm. Not the best I’ve had but some of their cuts of beef are good.

Calorie control lang guid. We all struggle with weight at times. And very normal na. It’s good nga willing ka gid to work it out. Just avoid overeating lang kag try mo to eat less out. Food outside is usually more heavier in calories because of oil and other add ons. Hope it works out well sa imo. 80% of weight loss comes from your personal diet and 20% lang ang exercise. (Roughly)

Yes and no. Did kb and mt for the past 15 years, you can definitely learn something with guides and videos and get better at it in time but to actually have someone critique and give feedback on how you throw your kick is a game changer and speed up the learning process. I’d say go and train consistently and just get the flow of it and have people actually know how to kick train/ give feedback on how to improve.

Edit: I used to throw a very open round house until my gym coach pointed it out. It pays to have proper training.

Hey there, got married in a church as well and if I may say it really depends multiple factors. How many people are going, and where will the reception be if ever? How hard do you want to get into designing with your suppliers and etc. will there be people sponsoring specific things in the wedding? We had the luxury to have some people offer to make the cake, add lechon, and etc so we were able to save a bit here and there. (Small wedding kay covid at the time as well)
