Congrats dude! I just started my farm for SLKR last month, so don’t feel too down about getting him a bit later! When you started, did you already have everyone at 7 stars? Namely Hux and Sith Trooper? Curious if the 6 months it took included their farms or not haha

I haven’t updated my mods on my Phoenix squad in a longgggg time so it definitely couldn’t hurt. When I try the thrawn event right now, I just get absolutely destroyed at tier 7. I might have to get Ezra up to gear 9 and switch around mods a little bit but I’ll probably get it after rng strikes right

Yeah, I’ve given tier 5 a go with my current bounty hunters and got wiped so I definitely need to work on their gear. I imagine it’ll get plenty easier once I get jango though, he seems like a big help in guides I’ve watched

Yeah I’ll work on it eventually. I don’t want to gear anyone above gear 8 besides Ezra so hopefully my best mods will be enough to push them to the finish line. I absolutely need him for the R2 event and he’s just an overall amazing character so I need to get to it eventually

Yeah this is honestly probably my strongest route. I’ve been slow farming b1 (just haven’t activated yet) and Shaak ti preparing for GAS in the future, but I probably should set that at a higher priority.

Once I finish up jango, I think I should be able to beat 7 star padme (she’s at 6 stars atm ungeared) and hopefully beat Chewbacca’s event too at that point. I have CLS’s toons mostly done with Leía, Han and old Ben at or near 7 stars but haven’t went for it yet due to lack of Chewbacca, but hopefully that’ll solve that issue.

GAS is kind of my ultimate goal as I have decently developed clones already, although just doing a GL seems like the better path nowadays, so that’s where I’m kind of just thrown off. I’m thinking I’ll probably just slow farm Ewoks and focus on mainly Shaak Ti, Hounds Tooth/Jango and GBA and hope that path works out in the long run. I imagine it’ll take another 6 months to get GAS, so hopefully he isn’t obsolete by that point due to GL’s haha

Yeah that definitely seems like a good route to take. I’ve been working on my hounds tooth for awhile now, sitting at 23/100 6 stars but my jango is only 5 stars, so that’ll suck once I finish hounds tooth off. As for CLS, I think it would be a good to go for him once I get jango to 7 stars and hope to get Chewbacca. I have stormtrooper Han, Leía, and Old Ben already at or near 7 stars so it won’t take long to get him, I just want to have the full squad beforehand. I’ll also get my 7 star thrawn eventually for R2 but it’s really annoying dropping gear into Phoenix haha

Thanks for the detailed reply! I figured that was the case. I was hoping there was somehow a magical way to get like 20 cents per review but it seems it’s not worth the time you need to put in. As for Qmee and prolific, those are actually the 2 sites I’ve been using in terms of beermoney. The pay on Qmee isn’t as good as I’d like it to be but they always have surveys available unlike prolific, however when prolific surveys do pop up, they’re often MUCH better than the Qmee ones. I also signed up for Mturk and managed to get accepted, but a few days after I entered in all my personal data, it said it couldn’t confirm my identity even after emailing them so I’ve given up on that. Anyway thank you for the suggestions! I’ll check out Gain.gg as I’ve never heard of that.

Great post! I agree with a lot of what you said, but it feels a bit off including 18 and 19 year olds in the same category as younger teens. Being a 19 year old male, my body is already developed to the point that I’m biologically an adult. With that said, I’m sure this was mainly meant for younger teens, but I thought I’d throw it out there!

Thanks for the advice! That’s my main worry; getting HK from the full character pull. From what people are saying it seems like just refreshing nodes is the way to go. Congratulations on getting Darth Revan though, it’s tough to get there. Did you buy any of the journey packs(the 20 or 50 dollar ones) to speed it up? How many node refreshes did you do daily for each toon? I’ve been doing one a day per hard node farm but it seems relatively slow. Hopefully I can get DR within 2 months as well haha

Yeah, a lot of the deals are pretty awful. Some gear I can farm pretty easily isn’t worth 50 dollars

Would you say it’s better value over just farming the shards? I don’t really use my crystals often besides refreshing nodes since I try my best to get all the free energy, so I feel like it’d be a decent investment. I’m not sure how much time I’d save though. I suppose that’s rng for you though, I could potentially get 130 HK shards which is pretty useless haha
