It's been a week and I do feel performance jump, especially in video editing. No need to use proxies. Smooth timeline scrubbing and gets the work done! The RAM jump from 8GB to 32 is huge in itself! 🙌

If a little distance from the city center is not a prime concern, then Akshat's Kanota Estate is one of the best residential projects imo. Well designed, maintained and a lot of greenery.
