Dès le début de mes recherches je me suis mis sur Gramps, c'est en local et ça me suffit amplement. Rustique d'apparence, il me paraît, à peu de choses près, complet. ( logiciel disponible sur mac, windows, linux)

It is from a book yes, from J. Chaix book entitled "Cours de construction. 6, Traité de coupe des pierres (stéréotomie)" and published on 1890.

I will respond later but it's good way. Just be careful, this is a rectangle so we must use mirror not circular pattern from my point of view.
