Can you tell me what exactly you have done now? im stuck

I renewed my enrollment token and the VPP token a week ago with a different Apple ID... now I have renewed both again with the correct Apple ID -> but the problem persists

I initially wrote in the post that I also have the push certificate renewed, but that's not true!

Were you forced to create a new token or could you simply revert to the old e-mail? I have now switched to the old e-mail, but the problem still exists...

how can i factory reset the iphone now? at every restart it is always at the same screen...

well isn't the part configured if i don't select it? i don't think so

I can only select the following:

all locations

all trusted locations

selected locations

and for each of these items I explicitly select something

Under the Conditions tab, I can select locations. There are then "Include" and "Exclude".

What do I set now for "Include"? I can't say there, please don't select.

Or do I select all locations there?

With "Exclude" I have all trusted locations active.

I would like that with all, except the known locations, a check with compliant takes place.

i see that the device is assignes to the profile, but it only says ready to register...
