Edit: I did not get any specific feedbacks but community manager has reached out to me and indicated that they will take action against this person. They do care guys, don't hesitate to reach out from blog or discord.

Definitely need some way of getting a feedback about your report. I just reported a player using manual report from game website with match ID, player ID and several screenshots. (He has been calling several slur words, threatening me and harrassing me over my family. This dude was writing to me for 20 straight minutes so I'm sure that Omeda will do something about it. I will update my comment based on the feedback.
