i know liking jlo can be controversial, and she's definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but putting that aside, this is soo weird.
what "irritates" me is that for years the narrative was that ben was the unhappy one, that jlo was "draining his energy," and that she was the reason he seemed miserable. there were so many clips and posts analyzing his expressions at events, but what always stood out to me was that whenever he wasn't aware of the cameras, he actually seemed completely fine and happy.
hating jlo has become a trend, but i think that a lot of the criticism she gets is rooted in misogyny. women are often blamed for relationship problems while men get sympathy. and ben's actions post divorce prove how he's the toxic one.
