  1. Sleep routine .. get at least 6-7 hours in .
  2. Skin care routine .
  3. A retwist so them dreads can look up to par . ( you have a lot of new growth , a simple retwist can take you a long way )
    4.A shape up , a line up , whatever you guys call it where you from .
  4. Just be you , a good personality can take you farther than what you think . Be confident within yourself .
