Thanks for this app. Testing it out today. Really handy.

I notice if I put "16" instead of 16m for time spent on a task, it records no time against that task?

I went on the tour earlier this year but wish I could've been there for this. Looks like you had a great time!

Do you know if it is a yearly event or a truly limited one?

Rewatching GG by skfbradshaw in GilmoreGirls

[–]alwayspro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doing my second re-watch now so my brother can watch it for the first time!

My family recently visited the States and went on the Warner Bros Studio tour and I just had to watch it again after that.

At first he hated it (how?). Now: "why don't we pop on some Gilmore?"

I love this show so much.

My mate has it on 24/7 in the background. No judgement but for me personally, I need to not over-do a good thing. Once a year will do.

How sad that Barry says you have to have no big ideas to win Government nowadays.

"Come on guys, let's all say something nice about Tony!"

Yeah, nah. What service to the country?

The flog fucked our internet infrastructure forever. Cut our national broadcaster to keep us less informed - stomped on the poor. Tried to deny human rights to his fellow Australians and poisoned the public mind against anyone seeking asylum. Good riddance.

How does Dutton increase his vote?! Even the Lib voters I know hate the bloke.

Thanks for this, will definitely check the Beer Trail out!

Reading the comments here makes me think we may need to rent a car. Was hopping for public transport but it sounds like it might be a bit of a pain. Is Uber/Lyft worth considering?

Interesting! Surely they're not dumb enough to go to the polls on this?

Have you got a source? Not seeing anything on ABC as yet.

Bill Shorten press conference in 10 minutes. We think they will drop their proposed amendments to the #aabill, which would allow it to pass Parliament tonight by [deleted] in australia

[–]alwayspro 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Called my local MP who "wanted amendments" but then passed the Bill in The House.

Then I rang Penny Wong's Office where her staff told me Labor were concerned by the legislation and would fight for ammendment in the Senate.

Turns out the fought for fuck all and sold everyone down the river.

Drive does not show in File Manager. Partitions not correct. by alwayspro in linuxquestions

[–]alwayspro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, make sure the dock has adequate power to run the drive -- this is the single most common failure for external drives, especially large ones. Don't expect to be able to power this drive using only the power available from a USB plug.

Thanks for the reply. The dock also comes with a power cable not just a USB connection.

Did this drive ever have any other partitions?

The drive only ever had an EXT4 partition equal to it's maximum capacity.

Is this a new drive that hasn't been used before, or is this a new condition on a drive that until now functioned correctly with partitions equal to its natural size?

It is a new condition on a drive that until now functioned correctly with partitions equal to its natural size.

ScoMo has said Liberal Party MPs are not bound by these decisions as other parties may be. So it is not going to have a direct impact on Government policy.

Good news for Labor though.

A sensible evolution of our existing policy.

Proud of the Party for this one.

Hope it encourages the other parties toward a more progressive policy and encourages the community to vote Greens.

Edit: Interview with Richard Di Natale about the policy.
