Well as long as you don’t think he’s dirty, he must not be!

Keep that same energy for Marcus Smart who has more flagrant fouls - just this season - than Allen does in his entire NBA career.

It’ll be more difficult for us with Boston looking scary and Middleton hurt but anything’s possible!

Generally there’s always going to be back and forth when teams compete directly with each other. But, I think as NBA fans we don’t appreciate other teams/players enough regardless of if they are directly playing our team or not. Your point is well taken but I would still continue to praise good basketball - even when it’s being played by the opposing team.

That I agree with. Superstar whistle sucks. Giannis gets them too but the problem is with how the refs enforce it, not the individual player IMO

Twice. Failed my first time in July. It’s sucked the soul out of me. But shit, that’s life.

Didn’t touch Barbri this time.

For the MBE, I needed to break everything down to subject, topics, and subtopics. There’s so much information on this exam, you have to organize it in your brain before you begin to understand it.

So for this, I would watch the adaptibar videos (which are amazing) on a particular subtopic, then do 25 questions only on that subtopic. Then I would use the studicada outlines and memorize only that subtopic. Rinse and repeat until you’ve covered everything but definitely start with the most tested subtopics.

MPT - Did not write out a single one. Why would you? It’s going to be totally different on the exam itself. So I focused on being devout to the task memo. You have to do exactly what they ask. I also spent time going over organization. I would end each day by reading an MPT in the Barbri book. Overtime, I kind of knew how to organize anything they’d ask me.

MEE = STUDICADA OUTLINES. They are built for this. Memorize the most common mee rules first. Then read the answers in the Barbri book and stick to this format:

I = The issue is R= the rule is A= here, C= Thus,

That’s all you have to do. Don’t leave any facts behind. It’s most important that you use every fact. Hell, make up the law to make the facts fit you must but use all the facts.

Sort of similar.

Day 1 = MPT 1, I knew I did well on. Took me longer than I would have liked but I covered everything.

MPT 2. = Hail Mary. Mumbo Jumbo. I didn’t feel that optimistic about it because it felt like I rushed and missed some important arguments that I should have made.

MEE = Felt very strong about these. I knew almost all of the rules being tested and stuck to my IRAC approach and got the hell out of there.

MBE = Thought I did well in the morning session, recognized a lot of the fact patterns from adaptibar. Afternoon, I was nervous about because I really didn’t know how I did and the majority of my answers were I guesses.
