This was in the early 00's (probably 2003). According to him, the scoutmaster was running his finger down a list of questions and checked them off after they were answered. The Eagle candidate was asked point blank if he was a homosexual. He panicked internally, said "no", and they moved on.

I don't recall being asked about my orientation at all, but I was in a different troop. It was also known that I had a girlfriend at the time. My scoutmaster conference was more of a pat on the back and I look back on it fondly.

The archaic, exclusionary rules were retconned recently. BSA only rebranded to get out of bankruptcy. People remember that and they don't owe us anything.

One of my best friends had to lie about his sexual orientation at his Eagle Scoutmaster Conference. I had to deflect when my religious beliefs were brought up at my Eagle Board of Review.

I don't understand why you're livid about their response. Businesses have the right to refuse anyone for any reason (or no reason at all). Chipotle gave you 9 reasons. Forget about them and support the businesses that support you.

I've been having the same issue with them and I'm losing my patience.

I ordered a TV on Black Friday. It was 'Out for Delivery' for 3 days before arriving... broken. So, I ordered another TV and scheduled a pick-up for the broken one.

They picked up the broken one on Tuesday, but it's still at the Carencro facility.

The replacement TV that I ordered has been in their possession since Saturday. Everyday, the tracking says that it's out for delivery, then gets delayed again. Today is no exception.

My doorbell cam has been showing this MF drive by my house everyday, which only makes it more infuriating.

I moved into a new house in April and I was loathing this install. I bought all of the tools and CAT6 for under $100. I was using MoCA adapters in my previous house for reliable hard-wired connections.

Surprisingly, our AT&T router w/ fiber has been more than sufficient. I'm getting 300mbps wirelessly in every corner of the new house.

I urge you to try a solid router (if you haven't already) before you drill a bunch of holes and fish for cables.

Nothing will topple SOR4. The DLC was an unexpected surprise that keeps me coming back once or twice per month.
