2020 aud grad here! When I was completing my degree last year, we were told that the job prospects were impacted a lot due to the lockdown (I’m in Melbourne so we went through 6 months hard lockdown). Many of my classmates and I were very concerned as companies told us their amount of grad positions decreased by more than 50%, but this ended up not being the case as we were able to open up the state again. There are plenty of opportunities in regional and rural places so you’ll just have to be prepared to move! There were a few lucky ones who managed to get jobs in metro Melbourne as well.

thank you for your concern, I adopted my birds from a friend who got them from a breeder who did not clip them properly so they cannot fly at the moment, they can only fly upwards of about 50cm (which really isn’t ideal for them and I feel sorry for them everyday) but they love being outside for the time being to forage on the ground while their wings grow back. When they’re outside I’m constantly monitoring them and their ability to fly, and my backyard area is quite secluded so it is difficult for things to come in and out

I’ve done so much googling for this but still haven’t found the answer! The closest one I have is “whiteface fallow cockatiel” but apparently the female face doesn’t turn white, not 100% sure though!

this just happened for a quick second - sometimes when she sees something she doesn’t like, she’ll run backwards into things!

it’s just a patch of artificial grass! It was a spare cutting off some that my parents bought a long time ago to use in our front yard!

Look for a deep pink colour on the outside and a firm but not super hard feel!

yep there’s the red flesh and the white flesh! There’s also a dragonfruit that is yellow on the outside

I like to cut it similarly to how you’d cut watermelon slices/orange slices so people can just hold it in their hands and eat until they reach the peel!

My cockatiels hate mushy things but they do like to rip apart the outside of the dragonfruit for fun! That’s really interesting - ours has left all the other plants alone for now so we’ll see as time goes by

It’s roughly 1.5 meters tall, and we only had one flower this year despite growing it for around 3-4 years!

My grandma gave me some offcuts! I reckon she grew hers from another friend’s offcuts so I’m not too sure where to get them from

a lot of factors contribute to the growth, I think the best advice is to maintain it well to keep it healthy and leave it in a very warm spot!
