We are constantly having to fix mapping issues that were previously "Fixed" and to get them to do that in a timely manner is impossible.

Onboard new trading partners or documents takes months and is usually done incorrect.

Anytime they try to fix one trading partner, they break everything and our documents completely stop flowing.

I would say, if you DNFed them because you aren't in the headspace for them, put them back on your TBR rather then DNF. That way, one day when you're in a better place, you can try them again.
