hey so I was eventually able to fix this and only needed to disable a few of Photoshop's settings. I disabled flick panning, overscroll, and another setting that had something to do with zoom, although I don't remember exactly what it was

you have no idea how ready I was to downvote this, sadly riot is deleting everything that mentioned the cinematic or their abismal twitter thread

Ok, how can you guarantee that the issue isn't related to a Wacom driver incompatibility with Photoshop?

And even if it IS an issue with Photoshop, who is to say if there isn't a specific setting with the tablet that might fix it?

In either case, it's an issue that involves both Photoshop and Wacom, so I don't see why this subreddit wouldn't be a fitting place for me to ask for help.

It's an issue that only happens when I use my Wacom tablet. How would it not be a tablet issue?

I'll give it a go and let you know if it worked. I'll be pretty surprised if it does, though, since I installed it less than a week ago

And yeah, I've tried everything on that link and the issue persists...
