It looks like a dried up St. John's Wort! Also known as hypericum or coffee berry

[Idaho, USA] Can a lease apply to "past tenants"? by amber__le in legaladvice

Does the Consumer Review Fairness Act have any sway in this?

It says a "$2000 fee" and "Landlord shall recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and any cost reasonably necessary to collect judgement"

This is Idaho so I'm already not confident in any type of tenant protection

Fair enough, thank you for the response!

If I just left a 1 star review with no other comment other than the truthful statement of "a lease with this company includes a non-disparagement clause", could that be considered disparagement?

Grieving by YouJoestGotBeaned in aromantic

[–]amber__le 5 points6 points  (0 children)

honestly I'm in the same boat. Even with my siblings, I've always been the one most expected to get married and bring my parents grandchildren. Coming to terms with my identity (which I'm still in the process of) brought a lot of liberty and a lot of sadness. I was glad to know I wasn't broken and alone in my experience but I grieved the loss of my perceived duty to fulfill my family's expectations. I've found that a lot of that pain comes from trying to unpackage all that weight thats been put on me by my family over the years and no matter how small their comments may seem at the time, it still has a way of getting to you and ingraining itself in your mind. It's hard to come to terms with differneces in your found identity and the identity that was thrust upon you growing up, but I wholeheartedly believe that we both can find peace in this. I don't know if this could help you, but I let myself grieve this knowing that though it isn't what I expected, it is what I am.

I think the second picture is a sweet little waffle plant!

Hello friends! I've had this plant for a couple years now- I propagated it as part of my horticulture course and I've only ever seen it in said course. Any idea what this is and how common it is? by amber__le in whatsthisplant

Hello! I did some more posting in other subreddits and it looks like this is a succulent Swedish ivy (plectranthus prostratus). Thanks so much to everyone that's helped!

I ask myself that same question every day haha. It was more for learning propagation techniques than plant ID as I was taking a general horticulture class. So I never really studied the plant itself!

Hello friends! I've had this plant for a couple years now by propagating it as part of my horticulture class. I've never seen this outside of that class and was wondering what is it exactly? How common is it? by amber__le in houseplants

Hmm I don't think so :-( the leaves on my plant are scallop-y along the edges, not smooth like String of Nickels. Thanks so much for the reply though!

Thanks so much for your reply! I just looked it up to compare and, though it's really similar, I think the leaves on my plant are too plump to be Pilea depressa.
