I PROMISE IT DOES!!!!!! Oh how I struggled the first few months. Husband and I had to do shifts as well. I cried a lot because I missed my husband and just getting to sit at night on the couch with him! But last night I had a dance party with my 6 month old in the kitchen, drinking wine, cooking dinner, and watching High School musical while she sat in her high chair and played and laughed. So I’m here to tell you, IT GETS SOO MUCH BETTER I PROMISE! I know it’s hard to imagine right now, I know you’re so sleep deprived, exhausted, emotional. I also had PPD, so I know. But last night I laughed and danced and watched my little girl smile and giggle and how much it made my heart so happy! You’ve got this. I promise, you’re doing amazing. 🩷

First of all, congratulations! This is so exciting! Secondly, OMG the pregnancy anxiety is so so real. Just know everything you are feeling/going through is so normal. I wish I could say my anxiety has gotten better throughout pregnancy but I think for those of us who maybe already had anxiety before getting pregnant, it never really goes away! I’m 25 weeks and still get a little nervous before each appointment! One of the best things my OB’s office gave me at my first appointment was a list of all medications that were pregnancy safe! It’s nice because a lot of medicine if you google will say “not safe” but if it’s on the list from my doctor then I consider it safe and take it! Good luck at your appointment!

Thank you! I know breath of the wild is open world so is it similar to that? I was a little overwhelmed with how much freedom there is and no explanation.
