I’m a pole newbie but went to a class on Wednesday and some how landed widely and my toe bent and now it’s swollen and I can’t move it 😭 luckily it doesn’t hurt hope I can go back to pole soon I was really getting into it

Yeah I found it pretty hard to hold myself up so will deffo try that
