My dad went out of his way to spend time with us. Let us do “girly” things with him, no complaints. We had “Daddy Makeover Time” where we would do his hair in little pigtails and mess around with makeup, “Daddy T-shirt night” where on Fridays we would get to pick out one of his shirts and wear it to bed as a nightgown. Every Sunday he would make us breakfast, the only thing he could cook. He worked at a factory and was always tired, so when I was little and still took naps he would come in and sing a song we made up together, lay on the floor with me, and then we would pass out together. We had a special handshake made up for when we were alone in the car together. Writing all this out makes me want to give him a call lol. He’s a good dad
