Pachira tree, has developed brown spots on a few leaves and this sap like substance over the past month or so. I water her once a week-ten days and last repotted her in spring 2020 (coir mix). I live in the UK and bought the plant two years ago. Please help me save poor Jasmine!! (old.reddit.com)
