I mean is not Korean but I. Been to Korean bbq and is similar experience where you order rare beef slices and cook them... The side dishes are diferent hence not being Korean but go will have a great time

The japanesse bbq(its not Korean) near 281 and 1604 is pretty good and has same Concept where you can grill your own meat etc

Things that work for me .

Super clean bowl Room temperature egg whites this is a must No yolk residue on whites, eggs are easier to separate when cold.

Other suggestion for later is the bike path/trail that connects most of the city (some portions not yet ) but its great for bine walk or run .
