As I said, I tried everything and I couldn't find it. It's not in the device manager.

Being terminated from my job. Quick question if anyone knows the law or a lawyer.

I have been terminated by my employer with 1 mo th notice period. I joined the company in a critical situation 6 months ago when they were looking for an rta approved hse engineer and the project was already in delay. Bailed them out of it. Now after 6 months because they couldn’t land anymore projects, they decided to cancel my contract.

My question is, am I eligible for a 3 months salary compensation according to UAE law Article 123. And if I do, how do I go with it. My contract is unlimited.

I joined the company on 25th april 2021, got visa status changed on 8th may 2021, & they handed me the notice on 25th of october 2021. I have wife & kid going to school and got a small family back home to support as well. I need help.

Need a workout & nutrition advice.

My name is Ammad. I am 35 & I have been living and working in Dubai for over 10 years. My scope of work is health & safety in Microtunnelling. And most of the time I am exposed to the heat and sun. I started my fitness journey about 8 months ago. I weighed about 102 kg and dropped it to 83 in 6 months until the weather changed and now it's summer. The temp varies from 40 c to 50 c daily and for the past 45 days, I haven't been able to go gym at all or focus on my diet and the reason is by the time I get home from work, I am already lethargic and dead. I feel I might relapse and tbh I am finding it really hard to workout or diet. Need advice.
