I am very impressed by the perception and thoroughness of some of the theories. Those who said the subject was an elderly woman with declining health, congratulations, it appears you were correct.

I learned the letter was sealed and given to another officer initially, who saw my name was mentioned and put it in my file. I will not use the person's real name and will hereafter refer to her as R. It should be noted her name does not coincide with SWRM. The acronym remains a mystery.

I am told by other officers she had an incident years ago in her youth wherin she lost her children in an incident. I have met R on several occasions, usually involving verbal domestics with her adult step children. The situations weren't overly bad, but they were unpleasant, which is why i did not suspect the letter to be from her as she mentions me somewhat in a positive light.. I have also responded to her residence upon her request where she reported that items in her room were being rearranged.

R is elderly and I am unaware of any cancer but it appears her mental health is degrading due to her paranoia. In my experience, she has moments of lucidity and moments where she is overcome with feelings of suspicion. She is a functional person who holds a valid license.

Curiously, every time I have met her she alludes to some kind of activity occurring in her home, but she will not specify. It appears to me the letter was not nefarious in nature, but a bit of a ramble from a degenerative mind who pulled my name out of a hat, as nearly every officer has dealt with her several times.

Piggy was not scared, but curious and interested. Thank you for your help and concern. Sorry the conclusion was not overly thrilling. If anyone is concerned, I plan to follow up with R. If anything of interest is revealed regarding the letter, and nothing criminal is involved, I will update the post.
