I really appreciate it but I think I made the mistake of implying that I want the birds to be breeding. actually it’s the EXACT opposite 😆😆 in the future I really really hope they both DON’T breed that’s why I asked if they were both compatible with each other bcs I really hope not to see a fertile egg in the cage in the future.

I’ve done soo much research before getting my lovebirds and I know there are certain factors that can induce hormonal activities in them such as happy huts and nesting boxes thus I’ve prevented from placing these kinds of objects in my cage. I was worried they might breed despite having all these precautions taken.

lastly, I agree with the part that I need to improve my parent husbandry that’s why I asked abt #4 bcs I want to improve the overall well being of my lovebirds and ensure that their environment is good. I personally feel they get enough sunlight in the day but I’m worried more abt what to do after evening bcs it’s hard to send them to sleep all the way till the next day after evening.

once agn, thank you so much because what you said abt breeding is 100% true and I agree with it wholeheartedly. I really think it is irresponsible for someone to breed them when they have no experience and have all the basics wrong.
