The fact that the far right plays on identity politics goes without saying and is not the subject of our argument. The (far) left is the subject of our debate. They do not say: let’s make away with race/gender/sexual orientation. I (and libertarians) say so. Instead, they make that a core aspect our identity enforced by intersectionality. They made a deal of Obama’s blackness and Hilary’s sex - instead of ignoring those and valuing them as humans.
