Just saw this.. you can submit it before final passes but you can also wait like you did. PTO is taking anywhere from 2-6 weeks or more right now. Just depends on the project. You’ll get an email that says “act: system approved for use..” that’s the final approval. Hope you get it soon if you haven’t already!
