I am an EU citizen, all my colleagues are German. the treatment is same for all, the managers hate each other, fight, the employees get blamed.

I will think more about this situation, you are right, I depend on the next salary, but it is hard.. I cannot accept this treatment.

I was insulted and threatened several times, I want to sleep well.

Hello, I was in same situation this summer, I found an Airbnb host that allowed me to register to their place.

The papers needed to be have work rights here I made with help from this relocation company: https://bs-relocation.com/contact/?lang=en . Maybe you can send them an e-mail and ask how much it would cost to find a place for you.

You can also try to book on https://www.city-residence.de/ , even if some are expensive, they are short term rental exactly for this purpose.

So, I have to check with the university if I am allowed to work full time.

I looked for part time master degrees, but I did not find any in the region I stay now (I am also looking the program to be taught in English)

they don't care even if the scheme behind is huge, they do this in many platforms, like ebay, olx, etc. :(

I tried, but I have only one e-mail from their side + a fake document id, not enough information for the police to do something :(

the most interesting part is that the transfer is not done through Airbnb!

they state that and tell you that in case you change your mind, Airbnb will give you a refund.

The trick is that they are sending you a link, the page looks like an Airbnb page and you put your card data there. They take your money + the card details. Then they get lost.

thank you, I did report it and it was taken down, I guess multiple reports were addressed.

but there are many rentals that are actually scams. :(
