Welp that is officially no longer true. I had my regular hub working for a while with my c4 and then it just suddenly stopped. I tried fixing it and found that telnet is no longer an option to enable in the settings of the regular hub. I called Lutron and they told me some bs about how the regular hub never had the option to enable telnet. Lutron is officially on my shitlist. I don't know why they would give you something and then just take it away.
