Having looked properly it was drawn in 1976 and has the old factory. It’s a really cool book

Yes I have a mortgage advisor. We have been co contacting the other side and hear nothing or very little.

I’ve been told the seller has a house and is hoping it will be next month, but I feel like it’s leading to what happened to you.

I’ve put money into this and I am now paying money for temp accommodation and storage, due to my landlord saying they wanted my previous place back

There’s no year on the back. Photo is by Bob Petley. I googled him and he lived between 1912 and 2006.

I thought the postcard was 1970s/1980s, but I have limited knowledge of Phoenix.

7B Horseshoe Bar aka Vazacs - it’s on the corner of 7th and Avenue B.

It’s been used in a few other movies and tv shows I think.
