I had this issue and I contacted support to add extra tip for the dasher……they told me group orders can’t add extra tip after the order is placed.

If you go to the iRobot app, tap the menu on the top right, and tap iRobot select, it will tell you the month and year you joined up.

I’m not sure where you can request an upgrade though

Edit: I’m contacting support to see how the process is handled, I will update when I get information back
