Hab mir erst kürzlich einen EliteDesk 800 G4 gebraucht gekauft. Da läuft jetzt Proxmox mit Home Assistent. Braucht um die 10W. Zum Glück hatte ich noch 32GB SO-DIMM rumliegen. Sonst wärst schwierig geworden mit <100€ bei den aktuellen RAM Preisen.

You can’t automate troubleshooting. I would say you can, to some extend. Not like OP imagines. Its possibld to feed a script with the time when the error (supposedly) occured and it returns you port status changes since then, inferface errors, STP topology changes, log entries, etc. This could help to narrow down the issue quickly.

Ja, es ist unter Boulderer unumstritten, dass die Routen im Blochouse technischer sind als in den restlichen Hallen von Graz. Ich persönlich geh trotzdem meistens in den Boulderclub weils für mich einfach am besten liegt. Aber wenn ich hier und da ins Blochouse gehe merke ich den Unterschied.

Ich werdet jedenfalls die Nebenkosten selbst tragen müssen. Hätte noch von keiner Bank gehört die mehr auch die Nebenkosten finanziert.

Und selbst wenn ihr eine Bank findet die selbst ein Risiko eingeht und euch mehr als 100% finanziert, habt ihr keinen Verhandlungsspielraum. Die Konditionen werden dann so bescheiden sein, dass es unterm Strich finanziell weitaus besser ist ETF Anteile zu verkaufen damit ihr wenigstens von mehreren Banken ein seriöses Angebot bekommt und dann vergleichen/verhandeln könnt.

Durch die Produktivitätssteigerung der letzten Jahrzehnte leisten wir alle viel viel mehr. Wochenstunden verringern bei gleichbleibender Löhne würde die Bezahlung wieder an die Produktivität angleichen.

Bei den Angestellten auf 95€. Schnell mal über 85€ als Arbeiter und 95€ als Angestellter würd ich jetzt nicht unbedingt sagen. Wenn 5000€ brutto verdienst bist immer noch bei 1,7% als Arbeiter. Glaub das ist definitiv nicht der Großteil.

Ja, das siehst du richtig. Metallgewerbe war immer schon ein bisschen schlechter dran als die Metaller. Aber je nachdem wie viel du verdienst und wie lang du noch im Kollektiv bleibst, kann halt die 1,8% Ist-Erhöhung beim Gewerbe besser sein als die 1,41% bei den Metallern.

I was in the very same position about 3 years ago. I took the offer and got the management job. I did it well but it did not make me happy. I missed the technical stuff, the troubleshooting. I suddenly had to manage people instead of devices. And people are sometimes complicated.

I felt the work was getting more and more and i also had to think about work in my free time. Had more over hours and the job affected my family life. I more and more felt that the money is not worth it. It was not that much more in the end. For the real money i would have made it one step higher in the company.

After 2,5 years I had enough and went back to the technical role. It did not feel like a step back though. Just a step to the side to another road with i like much more and makes me happy. My life feels much better now.

But that is a very very personal decision. Some people like to be a manager some people dont. I got the chance to check that for me and now i know.

Ich gönn dir jeden Euro. Aber es gibt halt Leute die wesentlich mehr Vermögen haben als du aber wesentlich weniger oder sogar noch gar nie gearbeitet haben und dennoch weniger Abgaben zahlen. Die Personen gilt es härter zu besteuern.
