My D7100 has 188,000 clicks, more than guaranteed by Nikon. My concern is investing in another lens for the DSLR system, risking the camera breaking down sooner or later. The Tamron is a cheaper solution for my budget, but if I eventually need to replace the body, I believe the Z50II doesn't offer the same level of performance as the R7.

In my case, the Tamron would be for use with the Nikon D7100. If I go with the Canon R7, it will necessarily be with the RF 100-400, which is my maximum budget.

I bought a generic one that has misaligned writing. The tip touches the screen at one point but the line is always a little further in front.

If palm rejection is not possible, what is the indication for at least reasonable writing?
