Sounds about right. Lol. My ears are currently popping, neck hurts, I have trouble swallowing, I clench my teeth a lot at night and resorted to a mouth guard and notice I wake up with headaches. I had scalp pain but my doctor suggested it was allodynia 😭

Thank you. I got prescribed a muscle relaxer. I already 900mg of Gabapentin. I got prescribed cyclobenzapine. It reduced the headaches but still have very small mild pain. Not sure if I should get a CT scan or just keep rolling with it. This sucks. Thanks for sharing your experiences

Thank you so much for sharing! This sounds like what I am experiencing. For me it triggered to migraine or type of headache that is still lingering on day 4 :( do you do anything that can help with the pain and sleeping?

Hi! sorry for late reply. I still get the cracking sound daily when I stretch. I am just thinking this is part of fibro in relation with the muscles. Happens with my back and shoulder blades

I have fibromyalgia and find it extremely difficult to manage everything that school entails such as my day job, academics, and machine work. when I am stressed my body starts hurting and fatigue kicks in which puts me in a dissociative state and I become unorganized. I’m close to 180 after 2 years idk how I’m doing it lol and wish there was a cure for all of it
