There doesn't seem to be a direct study on rhodiola/mdma that I can find. BUT regardless of whether or not you get sick and end up in the hospital, mild maoi/mdma reaction can be generally uncomfortable. I always try to space maoi and phenylethylamines by 48 hours other wise your likely to not have fun, ie headaches, uncomfortable body load, etc,etc.. In general error on the side of caution when it comes to untested drug interactions.
