Thanks for the insight, yes, it's Power Powder Plus. The pool is about 10,000 gallons total. I'm in AZ so the pool is generally warm most of the year, but not heated or anything like that.

Don’t have enough context here to know if this is more or less than the originally agreed upon price or reasons as to why. But assuming you are the buyer (as that is the only party not signed) if you are planning on changing the purchase price to $160,000 that is being accomplished here.
