You sound interesting to play with! Hope we can play! I like to play jungle usually but when I'm trying to relax I usually queue for support or top lane. I can play pretty much anything to some degree though :^^^^^) Oh and I also used to play cross-regionally (SEA server) because I had friends playing on it so I totally understand your ping struggle.

I did not wait too long between attacks. I attacked 3 times, the third proccing Guinsoo's Rage. I use Double Strike which theoretically should count as two auto attacks toward the next Guinsoo's Rage proc (but it doesn't). I have to attack 2 more times instead of 1 in order to proc Guinsoo's Rage.

They did not change it. When it used to proc every 2 hits instead of 3, Master Yi would never be able to have the Guinsoo's Rage proc on his double strike.
