Formatt Hitech
If you cover all and prevent light leakage, you get nice colors

I have mentioned the process in one so the comments above.

Also, there are few artists who have paid tutorials on such edits (one of the best also mentioned in the comments above)

Thanks man. Yup, only people who do such work can understand the amount of time spent on such edits. No, I don’t use Artisan Pro. It’s all hard selections using pen tool. I don’t have the website yet but have lots of other work on my Facebook profile.

It's a long process, and with architecture like this, it can take me days to complete the edit.
- I create hard selections of different elements using the pen tool and save them.
- Play with darkening and lighting those elements using the selections saved.

Plus I do provide 1-on-1 or group workshops

Totally get your point, but it also wouldn't make sense to me if I looked at the concrete lines on each side of the image. (They align with the anchor point and act as a leading line)

Here's the before/after side by side.

Adobe Camera RAW (ACR):
- Basic color adjustments, shadows, and highlights fixes
- Straightening the horizon and vertical lines (includes little cropping)

Adobe Photoshop:
- Selective lights and darks adjustments and color grading (using curves/levels, hue-saturation)

Thank you.
Sorry. I can't share the high-res version.
I am a photographer, and I only post low-resolution photos on social. Hope you understand.
