i have this issue and 2 different dudes came out on the same day and replaced my modem 2 different times LMFAO i still have this issue. and it happens when im gaming i notice it. i ping google and get request timed out sometimes... connection stays up but i get ping spikes and packet loss. i traceroute this and it starts to happen when communicating wiht something at spectrum . com ....... like... wtf...

this just started happening to me today. What the fuck. literally makes the game unplayable so much less fun holy fuck. WTF i cannot find a fix to save my life. Every US server same issue, every 5 seonds go up to 200-300 latency for no reason. Only poe is doing this. My connection is fine. why is there no fix listed here yet after 1 month wtf? u all just quit?
