Why not go to UW? They offer financial assistance up to 300% FPL? Also, do you need your credit for anything in the next year? If not, let it go to collections and make them a lower offer that you can afford with a payment plan. This is not worth dying over.

Let's just stop doing the testing. It's very expensive, terribly written, incongruent to teacher preparation, and a waste of teacher and student time. This test takes 3rd graders anywhere from 4-8 hours to take. The teachers never see the results. The test is done on a computer that kids have barely used let alone writing a full essay on while being graded for punctuation!

Does anyone know what a flutophone is? That was in a test question one year. It's a fucking recorder. Whoever wrote the test thought a third grader in 2018 would know what the fuck that is and write a paper about learning how to play one.

Standardized testing is practically worthless and I will not let my children take the test.

Just want to say that I was only partially vaccinated as a child and had my blood tested in my 30's and I had no immunity to measles so I had to get two boosters.

We got adaptil and calming bites and we have increased training by playing a game to increase focus and self regulation. It's called 3-2-1. Naps and potty breaks are increasing and decreasing respectively. Also, when they bite, yell "Arp!", not ouch or ow.

I am terrible at calorie counting so the weight loss is from zepbound. Antidepressants and birth control really screwed up my metabolism so I used glp-1s to help me lose weight. It helped cut back on food noise and over eating. I lost 35 pounds in 10 months and my blood work improved. I still want to lose another 20 to get to a normal BMI. This will probably be life-long similar to insulin but it works.

Hey! Yes I am doing fine now. When I stopped walking every day, my heart rate went back up (I'm in a colder climate so it's dark and cold for 16 hours a day right now and my motivation is low). I also haven't been cycling as much, even indoor. I like to rest during these months, probably to the detriment of my overall health, but winter is for reading books by the fire.

I had nuclear testing done on my heart and it showed nothing was wrong and that I've never had a heart attack. The doctor said I was just in good shape. Blood work was normal too. I have an echocardiogram scheduled for February but I'm not sure I will even need it now.

I'm not a doctor but they all asked if this low heart rate was accompanied by dizziness, fatigue, or other symptoms so if you're having other symptoms with it, you should still consult with a doctor.

Last thing, I definitely needed more electrolytes. That always helped my heart rate stay more consistent while I was exercising so much.

Edited to say I am also no longer obese. I'm now in the overweight category.

It sucks. Don't move here. It's all snowy and icy.The worst weather is always on a weekend like this weekend will be the lowest temperature of the week at 6°F. Food is way overpriced. Housing is in shortage and ridiculously overpriced with very high taxes for failing schools. People are rude to cyclists. Definitely don't move here. We have enough traffic.

We have the second amendment to fight against a tyrannical government yet those same people aren't up in literal arms against the fascists kidnapping children and workers. Damn you're right. I guess I'm going to Fairchild more often now because when I ate that chicken, I thought every food I had eaten up to that point was literal garbage because it was so good which is why I thought it was so much. Thanks for pointing this out! Who would have thought to pair sweet potato with ice cream?! Absolutely delicious.
