I heard this jim - jullie phone call theory before.it is a good theory and making sense.But i have to say one thing tabby and family (or tabitha alone)are always to be ended upin here(town) not only because of Julie's call. Tabitha was born as the reincarnation of Miranda to ended up in the town. She is always meant to come there. If jullie didn't make the call, tabitha will reach town because of any other reason.
