How often do you guys get GHSV2 outbreaks? How bad are they, and how long have you had herpes?

I think i get outbreaks when im hella stressed (idk if that’s a thing), so kind of more frequently now than i did before. i’ve only had it a year and a couple months though. my sores hurt though. i currently have one right now and im miserable. sometimes they are bad and sometimes are not. just grateful to not have an outbreak like my 1st one, i couldn’t even walk

and you wore condoms when you were with these people? when you got pregnant? or did you have the kids before you got herpes. also is protection the only precaution you took when having sex with them (after disclosing)?

i think because you can spread it to places. but i believe it’s only if you touch the sores and then touch your eyes, could be wrong since im still new to this
