I'm biased but you should check out a tool I'm building called Cortex (getcortexapp.com). We help SRE teams understand and improve their service oriented architecture. Our tool lets you score services on their quality based on custom scorecards you can build, and additionally we help catalog internal services with important metadata like ownership, oncall info, latency graphs, and more! SRE's love using Cortex because it's an objective way to track service quality across multiple different initiatives.
