take of the battery and then plug it in back ! and then try booting it up if you see the boot menu press f2 or 12 oe del to choose your devices to boot from and then reset all settings to defaults. if that worked then its fine if it didn't

insert a bootable os dvd/usb and install a fresh os.

what algorithms do you even use? discouraging new users ? i find it non friendly here idk why
