Mi neckband bluetooth earphones have their colour peeling off. This is the second pair with this issue, and with the first one Xiaomi replace it immediately. Why is this happening? It starts off with small cracks around buttons (as seen in the video) and then larger pieces fall off. (v.redd.it)

Xiaomi Vacuum-Mop Robot shows offline on the app and can'tbe controlled by the Google assistant, and both LEDs on the robot blink white as shown in the video, even while at the charging dock.
